We deal with both inward investment into UK with the setting up of a new subsidiary - and local companies which have been bought out by overseas companies who have no local UK expertise. With our in-depth of International Accounting standards and the ability to advise on UK and international personal tax for employees we are ideally placed to act for such companies. Our small legal team has also worked with the clients overseas lawyers to customise standard Group agreements to comply with UK law.
