This short seminar does not assume any tax knowledge. It explains how EIS can help reduce your tax liability especially if you have gains arising within the last three years which were taxed at more than 30% e.g. on a second property or shares portfolio. It includes some opportunities which we have identified for business opportunities with significant tax savings.

This short seminar is designed for people who are not tax specialists but covers points which are useful to accountants or solicitors whose clients are moving overseas.

Tax Traps when giving legal advice - Tuesday 21st October 2008 - 6pm

This short seminar is designed for solicitors who are not tax specialists. In a light hearted way it points out some areas where solicitors can inadvertently give wrong advice.
