Company Formation
We can set-up companies and look after all the initial paperwork of the opening meetings. We usually have companies available "off-the shelf". We can make arrangements to form off-shore companies.

Company Secretarial
We can act as your company secretary so that we deal with the annual returns and other compliance obligations so that these routine but important tasks do not get forgotten. If you overlook them, your company can be struck off and your assets frozen.

Tax Efficient Wills
We aim to write your will in a way which minimises the inheritance tax that will be payable.

Trusts
Trusts are an integral part of tax planning. We can draft all the documents for discretionary trusts, accumulation and maintenance trusts etc. We have links with firms which can provide off-shore trust arrangements.

Agreements
We are proud of our ability to write clear legally binding agreements which are in plain English not legalese. We have prepared partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, purchase, sale and transfers of business agreements.
