About Alastair Fish
Director of Corporate Recovery - FCCA MABRP
Alastair heads up the new websters corporate recovery team and also works closely with Gary and the rest of the accounts team dealing with the increasing general practice accountancy work for companies, LLPs and individuals.
He brings with him not only a wealth of corporate recovery experience but also knowledge of general practice accountancy including the preparation of accounts, corporation tax returns and self-assessment returns, making him a valuable asset to the accounts team. As the insolvency work increases we are looking forward to him spending more time helping our corporate recovery clients and heading up our new department.
Alastair's experience includes working for Grant Thornton in their Farms Department, then as a member of their national training centre team delivering courses to the firm's graduates and finally as part of their Recovery and Reorganisation department. After his time at Grant Thornton, Alastair moved to BDO where he continued to specialise in insolvency work and more recently he has been actively engaged in both insolvency and general practice accountancy work specifically for small to medium sized businesses, before joining websters in 2016.
