Serviced Office Accommodation - We can offer a range of accommodation and for an annual fee we can do as little or as much as you require from simply using us as your registered address to the full office facilities such as photocopying, faxing, scanning etc. You can also book a meeting room if you wish.
We offer two types of Serviced Office Accommodation:
Self-Service in which you can come into the office to carry out work at your leisure. Or we offer our Administration Service were the administration work is carried out for you. We can even offer Document Storage. If you would like more information please contact our administrator Jasmin Gibson at jasmin@tax.uk.com
what happens at a first meeting
Our free initial meetings are our opportunity for us to understand what you need from an advisor. If we feel we can help then we explain the benefits of working with us rather than another firm and we explain the cost of using our services.
If you just want to get straight to the point and get the answer to a specific question, especially on a self contained issue, it will certainly be quicker to book a proper tax consultation meeting to try to deal with your question. We recommend that you give us an outline of your issue so that the right member of our team sees you.
other offices
We have special procedures in place in our Cambridge office to hold a confidential discussion where there might be tax that has not been declared or another tax offence committed.
We have a solicitor in our team so if you tell us in advance that this is what you want to discuss then we will hold the meeting under the rules of professional privilege. This meeting will be charged for at a rate agreed in advance. The matters discussed are then completely confidential. Ordinary accountants cannot offer this facility without a solicitor in their team.
These meetings can also take place online.
Anti money laundering rules
Before you contact any professional advisor you should be aware that all are required to make a disclosure to the authorities if they have a reasonable suspicion that you have been guilty of laundering the profits of crime.
Before we can give any advice we need to identity you and so require proof of identity.
For full details see our Anti Money Laundering page.
