We offer a range of specialist consultancy services. These may be offered by members of our core team or using associates that we enjoy working with. We like to be able to offer services which combine a range of different specialisms.

Tax Consultancy

We have been offering tax consultancy for seventeen years. The full range of specialist areas is dealt with in the tax pages. We have expertise in Tax Investigations, overseas tax, buying and selling businesses and capital assets.

Business Coaching
We now offer business coaching led by Elena Moses. She has wide experience in examining the interaction between personal motivation and business development. Her background in professional and organisational development within the NHS and mentoring and coaching within commercial organisations. She helps you to build your business in ways which are in line with your personal needs and values through exploring your personal motivations.

One specific area of our coaching work is to help people with loss; for example when they leave a senior position in a large organisation and move to a consultancy role. We offer a combined tax, accountancy and coaching package to to help senior exexcutives move into consultancy.

Financial Reviews
We now offer a fee based review of your financial position. Clients use this as a way of helping them assess a range of opportunities that are open to them. We bring together financial advice with tax planning and an ability to understand how your personal motivation fits with sensible financial planning.

Conflict and resolution
We have been able to offer a service to families in dispute. Where assets may need to be divided - e.g. property left jointly to brothers who disagree - divorcing couples who have run a business together - then tax and personal issues interact in resolving this conflict. We have been successful in a number of instances of persuading both sides in a dispute to trust us to come up with a mutually beneficial agreement rather than taking the matter to court.
