About

Liz provides legal and capital taxes planning advice to our clients and on related matters internally to websters too. She is also a valued member of our senior management team.

Her main area of expertise includes advising on inheritance tax issues, which often includes the setting up of Wills, trust arrangements, powers of attorney and deeds of variation; she can also offer help with the preparation and review of documents in support of a personal application for grant of probate. Liz's specialist skills extend to setting up companies together with company secretarial service, limited liability partnerships, ordinary partnerships and charities, as well as providing a comprehensive range of legal agreements and contracts for these different entities.

Hobbies and interests

With a love of most sports, Liz enjoys playing tennis on a regular basis. When she is not on the court you will find her supporting both her youngest son who plays professional rugby and eldest son, who is a playing member of the MCC. She was in Japan to cheer on her son Will in the Rugby World Cup playing for the USA.

Alongside her interest in sport, Liz also finds time to be an Associate of Newnham College, Cambridge and a Governor of The Leys and St Faith’s Schools Foundation, Cambridge.
